Since his admission to the bar in 2002, Jessie has represented entrepreneurs and businesses in many transactional matters. Jessie has focused his practice on representing businesses throughout their life cycle, from corporate formation to debt and equity financing to mergers and acquisitions. He also has extensive experience preparing and negotiating contracts, including purchase and sale agreements, employment agreements, intellectual property licensing and non-disclosure agreements, and joint venture agreements. Jessie is licensed to practice law in the State of Washington.

 

Before joining the Walker Law Group, Jessie practiced with national and international law firms in both Silicon Valley and Seattle. His clients have included publicly traded technology companies and banks, as well as start-up companies and their venture capital investors.

Jessie graduated from Stanford Law School and received his Masters of Health Policy and Administration from Washington State University. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Harvard University in 1992.

Before beginning the practice of law, Jessie was a certified public accountant and performed financial and compliance audits of public and private companies, universities, and non-profit organizations. Most recently, he received the prestigious Chancellor’s Award from Washington State University in connection with his completion of the Master of Health Policy and Administration.

 

Jessie is married with six children and three grandchildren and enjoys karaoke and board games.
